Warner Valley Campground

2025 Season Opening Day: June 16, 2025

Warner Valley Campground has 18 campsites and offers sites 1 thru 17 sites that can be reserved in advance online and site #18 is a walk up first-come, first-served basis. Which can be paid and reserved at Drakesbad Guest Ranch just up the road. Warner Valley Campground is open from June 16th, 2025 (Weather Permitting) through October 13th, 2025. To reserve one of the 17 sites online, see the information below **. The cost for each site at Warner Valley Campground is $21 per night plus tax. There are vault toilets and drinking water nearby at one of the water spigots. Each campsite is equipped with a picnic table, fire grate, bearproof box and parking area. Electric and water hookups are not available, potable water spigots are available in the campground as well. There are hot showers, cold drinks, snacks and delicious meals with reservations available for purchase a ½ mile up the road at Drakesbad Guest Ranch Groceries, supplies, gifts, gasoline, a pay phone, ATM, laundromat, and post office are be located in the nearby town of Chester, CA. Southwest Walk-in 21 6700’ Tent camping only, picnic table, campfire ring, bear proof box, flush toilets. Close to Sulphur Works, Mill Creek Falls and Brokeoff Mountain trailheads. Ranger-led programs on Saturdays and Sundays during the winter. Note: water is always available in the Kohm Yah-mah-nee Visitor Center.
